Who can say "no" to a flourless soufflé especially when it's baked with Datehini?
I am happy to share this easy recipe to sweeten your day.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
1 tbsp of Datehini Vanilla
4 oz of dark chocolate
1 oz of butter
Red currants (any type of berries you like)
In a bowl add the eggs and datehini
Beat with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes
In a metal bowl, over simmering water, add chocolate and butter
Mix until melted
Let it cool down for 3-5 minutes and then add in the egg mixture slowly, while mixing with a spatula
Transfer the chocolate and egg mix into two buttered ramekins and cook for 10 minutes at 350F
Serve and coat with Datehini Vanilla
Top with berries
