Datehini Smoothie with banana and strawberry

Recipe: Datehini Smoothie

What is your recovery drink after a long run, a long ride or a long stressful day? I enjoy this fulfilling smoothie of sweetness while rewarding myself of survival. 

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie):

½ ripe banana

½ cup of coconut milk

1 oz strawberries

1 tbsp of Datehini Cinnamon

1 tbsp of hemp seeds



Add ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth

Enjoy it straight away!
