Tahini is a condiment made from ground hulled sesame. Our tahini is made from organic sesame seeds that are soaked in water and then crushed to separate the bran from the kernels. The floating kernels are skimmed off the surface, toasted, and ground to produce an oily paste. Our tahini is produced in California, United States with the same traditional methodology used in history by grinding only sesames generating creamy and buttery taste through sesame’s own oil, nothing else.
