Recipe: Roasted Cauliflowers with Datehini sauce

Please find this new and unique flavor complimenting cauliflowers, brussel sprouts and potatoes. I tried with the cauliflower and the end result was amazing. 


8 oz of cauliflower florets

1 tbsp of oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp of paprika powder

1 tsp of oregano

For the sauce:

1 tbsp of original Datehini

1 tsp of mustard

1 clove of garlic, diced

1 tbsp of fresh parsley

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of water


Season the cauliflower and drizzle oil

Mix nicely and cook in a hot oven, set to 375 F, for about 45 minutes

Mix the sauce ingredients

Serve with the cooked cauliflower

This goes very well with salmon, meat, rice or over salad. I enjoyed just itself as healthy snack.
