Spinach salad with Datehini

Recipe: Spinach salad topped with Datehini dressing

Boost your iron intake with this delicious salad, toped with Datehini dressing. 

Ingredients:

For the dressing:

1 tbsp of Datehini Original

1 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp of olive oil

A pinch of salt

1 tbsp of black sesame seeds

For the salad:

2 oz of spinach

1 oz of cherry tomatoes

1 oz of cucumbers

¼ avocado

1 oz of red onions, thinly sliced

1 tbsp of hemp seeds

 

Instructions:

Mix the dressing ingredients nicely together

Place salad ingredients into a bowl and pour in the dressing

Mix nicely so the dressing coats everything evenly

Serve in a plate and top with hemp seeds and red onions

I add some walnuts or pine nuts as well...
